Q: DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THEIR LETTERBOX GIFT?
A: Our Letterbox Gifts fit though standard UK letterboxes so they should come through the door with the rest of the post. Each gift box is 3cm high, 16cm wide and 27cm long.
Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE GIFT SET?
A: To order two or more boxes to different delivery addresses, you'll need place these as separate orders.
Q: I HAVE ENTERED THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: If you have made an error in the shipping address, please get in touch with us straight away. We can make changes before the gift has been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot make any changes to the address or track the item. We cannot accept responsibility for an undelivered or lost item caused by a an error in the shipping address.
Q: CAN I ORDER A GIFT SET TO ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE?
A: Yes! You can select you preferred delivery date on the calendar in your basket. Letterbox Gifts are sent by First Class Royal Mail the day before your desired delivery date (when ordered before 2pm). First Class post usually arrives the following working day however this is dependent on the Royal Mail. Any orders placed after 2pm will be posted the following working day.
Q: CAN I SEND A GREETINGS CARD WITH THE GIFT SET?
A: Yes! Each gift box includes a beautiful complimentary greetings card designed just for Letterbox Gifts. You can select a greetings card and add your own personal message once you've added the Letterbox Gift to your basket. Card designs can be seen on each gift box's page below the main gift box photo.
Q: CAN I SEND A LETTERBOX GIFT OVERSEAS?
A: Yes! We offer international delivery which is calculated at the checkout. Unfortunately we do not ship to the USA or Canada at the moment.
Q: CAN I SEND THIS DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
A: Yes! Letterbox Gifts are designed to be sent directly to the recipient. They are gift wrapped and come with a personalised greetings card. There will be no receipt or order confirmation with the gift set, this is all emailed directly to you, the sender.
Q: MY LETTERBOX GIFT HASN'T ARRIVED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Delivery of Letterbox Gifts by Royal Mail is usually very reliable. If unfortunately your gift set does not arrive on time we ask that you wait 3 days after the requested delivery date and then email us at hello@letterboxgiftshop.com with your order number and we will issue a replacement.

Q: CAN I RETURN MY GIFT SET IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

We take great pride in every Letterbox Gift that is sent and do our utmost to ensure every gift set arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your Letterbox Gift please email hello@letterboxgiftshop.com within 7 days of receiving the gift set and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please do not try to send your Letterbox Gift back.
