HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Free 48hr Tracked Delivery on orders over £20.

£3.75 48hr Tracked Delivery on orders under £20.

Orders over £20 can be upgraded to Tracked 24 delivery for £3.25

Orders under £20 can be upgraded to Tracked 24 delivery for £4.75

WHEN WILL MY LETTERBOX GIFT ARRIVE?

When selecting the Tracked 24hr service, gifts usually arrive the next working day but can take between 1-3 days dependent on the Royal Mail during busy periods. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Tracked 48 takes 2-3 working days.

Macaron and Brownie orders will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note that no deliveries can be made by the Royal Mail on Sundays, If Sunday delivery is requested we will aim for the gift to arrive on the Saturday.

 

WHERE CAN MY LETTERBOX GIFT BE SHIPPED TO?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer international delivery at the moment.

 

CAN I ORDER A GIFT SET TO ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

Yes! You can select a preferred delivery date in your basket. Letterbox Gifts are sent 1-2 days before your desired delivery date (when ordered before 2pm) to ensure they arrive for your special occasion. 

 

DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THEIR LETTERBOX GIFT?

Our Letterbox Gifts fit though standard UK letterboxes so they come through the door with the rest of the post. Each gift box is roughly 3cm high, 16cm wide and 27cm long.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE GIFT SET?

To order two or more boxes to different delivery addresses, you'll need to place these as separate orders. If you’d like to order multiple boxes or a large corporate order, please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

 

I HAVE ENTERED THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have made an error in the shipping address, please get in touch with us straight away and we should be able to make changes before the gift has been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot make any changes to the address. We cannot accept responsibility for an undelivered or lost item caused by an error in the shipping address.

 

CAN I SEND A GREETINGS CARD WITH THE GIFT SET?

Yes! Each gift box includes a beautiful greetings card designed just for Letterbox Gifts. You can select from a range of greeting cards and add a personal message on the product page.

 

CAN I SEND THIS DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

Of Course! Letterbox Gifts are designed to be sent directly to the recipient. They are gift wrapped and come with a personalised greetings card. There will be no receipt or order confirmation with the gift set, this is all emailed directly to you, the sender.

 

ARE THE GIFT SETS SUITABLE TO GIVE IN PERSON?

All Letterbox Gifts are sent with a removable postal sleeve so the main gift set is protected underneath. 

 

HOW ARE SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS MADE?

Our subscriptions are a great way to celebrate that extra special occasion. We offer both 3 and 6 month subscriptions. They are charged monthly, for example the Birthday Subscription will be charged at £30 for the initial month, and then a further £30 for each of the following months. A total of three payments of £30 each.

 

MY LETTERBOX GIFT HASN'T ARRIVED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Delivery of Letterbox Gifts by Royal Mail is usually very reliable. If unfortunately your gift set does not arrive on time we ask that you wait 3 days after the requested delivery date and then email us at hello@letterboxgifts.co.uk with your order number and we will issue a replacement.

 

CAN I RETURN MY GIFT SET IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

We take great pride in every Letterbox Gift that is sent and do our utmost to ensure every gift set arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your Letterbox Gift please email hello@letterboxgifts.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the gift set and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please do not try to send your Letterbox Gift back.
