Step by Step Guide to Shopping with Letterbox Gifts

• Choose a Letterbox Gift

• Choose a card from the dropdown list on the product page (not all Letterbox Gifts have this option)

• Enter your greetings card message in the box that appears on the product page

• Add to basket

• In your basket, enter your preferred delivery date

• In Checkout, add the delivery address of the recipient in shipping details

• Add your own billing address and payment details.

Ordering Multiple Gifts

If you're wanting to order multiple gifts to different people, feel free to add them all to the same basket and checkout. Just use your own address in shipping details then email us with the different names, addresses and messages. This will save you from checking out multiple times.

Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays. Macarons and brownies are dispatched the next working day after ordering. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following working day.

Tracked 24 post usually arrives the following working day however this is dependent on the Royal Mail and can take around 3 working days at busy times.  Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 working days. Any orders placed after 2pm will be posted the following working day.

We currently deliver to the UK only.

Preferred delivery date

Enter your preferred delivery date in the basket. For a guaranteed delivery date, select Guaranteed Special Delivery at checkout. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 deliveries are not guaranteed for a specific day. Please allow for our dispatch cut-off, weekends, bank holidays and product exceptions.

Subscriptions

Our range of subscription gifts are dispatched once a month for a fixed length of either 3 months or 6 months. If you order a 3 month subscription, we will dispatch and charge you for the first box straight away. We will dispatch the second box a month later, and the third box a month after that. The first box that the recipient receives will include a card detailing that they have been gifted a subscription and to expect two more boxes. The first Letterbox Gift will also include your greetings card and message.
