Delivery Costs

 

Tracked 48 delivery on orders over £25: FREE (to a single address)

Tracked 48 delivery on orders under £25: £4 

Tracked 24 delivery: £5

Guaranteed Special Delivery: £8


If you place one order of multiple gifts but need delivery to multiple different addresses, we will need to charge you a postage fee for each address.

How long does delivery take?

Letterbox Gifts are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or Guaranteed Special Delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 24 post usually arrives the following working day however this is dependent on the Royal Mail and can take around 3 working days at busy times. Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Guaranteed Special Delivery will arrive the day after we dispatch. We dispatch Monday to Friday.

How soon do we dispatch?
When ordered before 2pm, Letterbox Gifts are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm will be posted the following working day. Excluding Letterbox Macarons and Letterbox Brownies, which are dispatched the next working day after ordering. There is no dispatch/ shipping on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Choosing a specific delivery date.
If you would like a specific delivery date, please type this in the 'Preferred Delivery Date' section in your basket and we will send your Letterbox Gift 1-2 working days before depending on the service you have chosen. We cannot guarantee delivery on exact days but will aim for your preferred date.

Tracking your parcel
Tracking numbers will be sent automatically via Royal Mail emails after dispatch.

If your Letterbox Gift order doesn't arrive in 4 working days, please Contact Us and we will check the status of your delivery and arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.


Lost Parcels
If the item is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund or replacement cannot be made. If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee of £4-5 will be requested from the customer before a replacement can be shipped.
