About Us
Letterbox Gifts was first formed as a solution to unimaginative gifting and as a reliable delivery service for both gift giver and recipient, for straight forward, easy to post and enjoyable treats.
At Letterbox Gifts everyday brings something different and our wonderful team are here to help. Whether it’s wrapping our Letterbox gifts sets, planning a bespoke corporate order or unpacking a delivery of delicious chocolate treats (although we can’t guarantee we won't test one or two!) Each of our Letterbox Gifts employees brings something different to the team and we believe in celebrating that! We are proud to have grown from a team of two since launching in 2014.

Eleanor- Co-Founder
Eleanor works hard to ensure all our gift collections look great on the website and liaises with our lovely suppliers to ensure we have plenty of products ready for gift wrapping over Christmas and busy periods.
Eleanor's favourite Letterbox Gift:
I have a sweet tooth, so I like sending the letterbox brownies to my friends and family- then inviting myself round to encourage them to share! The brownies are great to send as an alternative to a birthday cake, but one you can send in the post!
Michelle- Co-Founder
Michelle, alongside Eleanor, works hard on sourcing all the best elements for our gift sets, ensuring high quality ingredients, beautiful flavours and scents across our gift range. She's always planning ahead for the next event on the calendar, whether its Easter, Christmas gifts and Mother's Day gifts.
Michelle’s favourite Letterbox Gift:
I love the Spa Box, as it contains everything you need when you want to send a friend a little pick-me-up in the post. It has candles, chocolates and some lovely pampering skincare, so feels like a hug in a box. I love the smells of the Himalayan bath salts.
Rukhsana - Gift Assistant
We take great pleasure in hand wrapping each of our Letterbox gifts with great attention to detail and no one does a better (or quicker) job than Rukhsana, our experienced gift assistant. Having worked with Letterbox for over 5 years she’s our go to for quick turnaround orders and corporate gift orders. She also takes great care of the rest of the Letterbox team and bring in treats to fuel everyone!
Rukhsana's favourite Letterbox Gift: ‘The Pamper Gift set is my favourite to wrap and is a really popular option for all occasions.’ I love the glass bottles of clay face masks. The clay is a lovely subtle pink colour which I've tested out at home with my teenage daughters.
Laura - Gift Assistant + Customer Service
Laura joined our team in 2021 and bought such positive energy with her! Laura works on providing customer service through our email and live customer chat and dispatches all your Letterbox Gifts and subscription boxes.
Laura's favourite Letterbox Gift: ‘My favourite Letterbox Gift is the muscle relaxation box. It smells great and the shower steamers are great after a long run. I also like the dried flower gifts, I sent one to my friend for her birthday who loves houseplants but struggles to keep them alive! So the dried flowers were a good solution!'
Becky - Gift Assistant + Stock Control
With over 30 Letterbox Gift combinations and gifts being developed every month Becky keeps our office prepped and tidy. She is also in charge of arranging the dried flower bunches in our new dried flower bouquets and posies Letterbox sets - and we think she does a fab job!
Becky’s favourite Letterbox Gift: ‘My favorite gift set is the celebration dried flower box as I love bright colours in my house and it fits in with my home décor! The prosecco chocolate truffles are a bonus!'
Heather - Gift Assistant + Social Media
If you’ve got in touch with us through social media more than likely you have spoke to Heather. She loves nothing more than showcasing our Letterbox Gifts on the gram and sharing all your beautiful photos!
Heather’s favourite Letterbox Gift: ‘If I was picking a set to send to a friend it would be the Letterbox Macarons, such a cute idea and a great alternative Birthday present when i can't see them on their birthday but want to send them a surprise in the post.’

Our Letterbox Gifts team are based in our Sheffield workshop where we post over 300 gift sets every week. Our team work exceptionally hard to help each and every customer find their perfect gift and post it on to family and friends. We hope to continue building our range of thoughtful gifts and bringing joy through the Letterbox for years to come!
