Refunds
Refunds are only processed for faulty or damaged or lost items. Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery day. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day of your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund due to damaged items, either email us or fill in our Contact Form, quoting your order number. We may ask for your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and also photos of any damaged items.
Items cannot be refunded for change of mind or if you choose to cancel an order after arrival, unless items are damaged. If items are damaged on arrival, we will arrange a returns label for you and process an exchange/ replacement.
Items in Letterbox Gifts are perishable and single use, so do not hold a warranty period.
If your Letterbox Gift order doesn't arrive, please Contact Us and we will check the status of your delivery. If the item is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund cannot be made. If you item doesn't arrive and the address was correct and complete, please contact us, quoting your order number for a refund or replacement.
If items are damaged, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label or ask you to keep/ disposed of the damaged items. Once evidence of damaged items has been received, we will provide a replacement or refund. We may not ask for damaged item to be returned to us.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us quoting you order number. We shall send you a pre-paid returns label and will arrange for correct gift set to be dispatched within 2-3 working days of your initial contact.
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
All refunds are made back to your original payment method
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
